About Us

The United Territories of Liberty (UTL) is currently located in the plans and voices of its supporters.

It’s a concept with a new constitution, waiting for a geographic home.

This website is run by a small group of American volunteers who believe that a more free and more just society is vital – and possible.

We want to encourage people who are discouraged about current political and economic conditions.

We believe that people will eventually require a better society in which to live. They'll need a lifeboat, a pathway, to liberty.

That’s why the effort behind the United Territories of Liberty is called the Liberty Lifeboat Project.
